Technical Hour

Do you want a succinct and correct answer to your technical question? Simply call John Twist during his Technical Hour and your problem is quickly and effortlessly answered! John stands by the phone during his lunch hour, waiting for your query. Call between 1:00 - 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Please be patient - EVERYONE calls long distance! Sometimes, because the shop is busy, or because the question is difficult, John may elect to continue the conversation later in the evening.

During the morning and afternoon, John works on MGs, takes test drives, works with other mechanics, talks with customers - or he does the myriad jobs bosses are wont to do.
