Q & A: MGB De-Smogging
I have a 1979 MGB that no longer is required to comply with the state emissions regulations. I would like to remove the air pump and ancillary smog devices to reduce weight and improve performance. Can you direct me to a resource to properly remove the no longer required emissions equipment? I also own a 1967 MGBGT and my long term goal is to have both cars set up the same including carburetion.
