My 1960 mga's speedo works but the odometer does not. Any suggestions before I take it out of the car? Could there be a cable issue? What do you charge to rebuild? If you do not offer that service who would you recommend?
The speedo cable drives the speedometer and the odometer. If the
speedo is working, then you know the cable is OK. Sometimes the pawl which
drives the ratcheting odometer gear falls off. If so, it will be loose in
