Q & A: Starting Problem

I am a new owner of a 1975 MGB, the car runs pretty good but when it gets warmed up and I shut it off it won't start until I lift the piston in the carb just a little then it will fire right up. Is ther a fix for this problem?

Dennis! Those Strombergs have a lot of specific faults -- but it's all
workable. Your carb is simply too rich after it's shut down. When you
